ABOUT THE BOOK
Linear ICs and Applications by Prof.David A. Bell is suggested as textbook for studying the following subjects:
Linear ICs and Applications in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Semester 5 (Visveswaraya Technological University)
Beginning with a description of the basic operational amplifier circuit, the voltage follower, noninverting amplifier, and inverting amplifier are explained. Op-amp characteristics and parameters are investigated, and frequency compensation is treated thoroughly, emphasising the use of the manufacturer's recommended compensating components. Practical examples throughout show how easy it is to design (Bipolar and BIFET ) op-amps into a wide variety of practical circuits.
Objectives are listed at the start of each chapter. End-of-chapter review questions and problems are included. Laboratory exercises using circuits designed in the text are offered at chapter ends.
