Preparation

I took my GRE on 10th August 2010 and I feel July/August would be the best time to take it as you get a lot of free time during the vacations to prepare. I availed the service of a counsellor but very honestly, they are NOT required.

Experience at the Current University

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I like the program and research here and the electives it offers. Also, New Jersey is concentrated with Chemical/Pharmaceutical companies. So, job scene is good. New York being close by is another plus point.

Advice to Juniors

Don't go too much into university rankings. concentrate more on your interests.
