Preparation

I joined a coaching institute for preparation.I didn't study much as I had to cope with my engineering studies also. I was quite regular in attending the coaching class and completing the homework and this was the main part of my preparation. I attempted all the mock tests which helped me track my performance and also work on my weak areas.

Advice to juniors

There is no point in putting crazy hours to study as this is an aptitude test I personally feel that your aptitude cant be enhanced beyond a point. In exams where there are no sectional cut-offs, you can concentrate more on the section your are comfortable with.

Experience in MBA Institute

Being a Tata institute the infrastructure is obviously very good. The course is well structured and more importantly well executed. The batches are very small and hence the students (54) are given unparalleled attention. The faculty is awesome. All the professors teaching us hold a double PhD in the subject they teach from huge institutes. Our guest lecturers include the likes of Akash Khurana- CEO Nimbus Entertainment,Head HR - Deloitte, CEO - Aon Hewitt, VP (HR) Asian Paints, Director (HR) Tata Sons.

The crowd is from all walks of life from all over the country. We have students coming from Leh and the Himalayan valleys as well. Average age of students here is 24 years.

The institute is very famous for its HR course. It is said to be the best in the country for Human Resource.
