Location:
Indira School of Business Management is located right by the new Mumbai-Pune Highway in a remote place called Tathawade. It is extremely inaccessible, being 25 km from the main city and no PMT buses plying here. You can either travel by ST buses or by your own vehicles, which is the general trend amongst students. College charges you Rs. 10 for parking. They are also very concerned about your safety, and thus charge you additional Rs. 30 if you don’t put on helmets.
Infrastructure:
Indira college has 3 campuses next to each other. The one housing the Indira school of business is the main campus and a large one. There are other colleges for pharmacy, commerce & science also on the same campus. The college has all the basic amenities & facilities like classrooms, library, projectors. Classrooms are non AC and have single seater benches. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, so you can use the internet whenever you like. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. Boys’ hostel is across the highway, while girls’ hostel is in the campus. Overall students are pretty much satisfied with the infra at hand.
Fees and Placements:
The entire course will cost you 5.5 lakhs.
Almost all the students are placed. Reliance, Tata, IBM, ICICI and HSBC are major recruiters. Average salary stands at 3.5 lakhs.
Faculty:
A handful of teachers are good. That includes Law, Quantitative techniques & communication. Others are extremely poor. Visiting faculties are from various industries like media, banking, finance etc. They’re very knowledgeable and inspiring.
Seminars and Industry Interaction:
Seminars are quite frequent. Renowned persons like Prasoon Joshi, Minocher Patel come to conduct seminars and guest lectures.
Industrial visits are there for the first year students only. Last year it was at the Manickchand Oxyrich plant.
Crowd & Campus Life:
The crowd hails from all parts of country. Everyone gets along well with each other. They’re enthusiastic in curricular as well as extra-curricular activities.
Festivals:
'Gusto' is the annual festival held in December, in which all the colleges on campus participate.

It’s a good option for people with average CET scores, considering excellent infra and good campus placements.
