Shankarrao Ursal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research Centre is located in Kharadi, a small remote locality off Nagar Road in the Eastern outskirts of Pune. It's next to impossible to reach the college without a private vehicle since PMT buses as well as six-seater tempos drop you off at Nagar road which isn't really at a pleasantly walkable distance.
Infrastructure:
The college is relatively newer and students are satisfied with the facilities provided by the college. Classroom are clean and well ventilated, there is provision for internet and non-functional equipments are immediately replaced in the labs. A small library is the only shortcoming that students complain about as far as infra is concerned.
Fees:
Rs. 60,000/- per year
Faculty:
Students claim that there is a lack of senior professors which the college is trying to negate as early as possible by bringing in more experienced teachers. Currently majority of the faculty comprises new teachers with little experience who although cannot impart knowledge in the best way but are quite friendly with the student community and their lectures turn out to be fun.
Attendance:
Shankarrao Ursal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research Centre is VERY strict about attendance. Fines are levied for every bunked lecture unless prior permission has been taken. If you are found to miss out on too many lectures don't be surprised if you get a year down.
Crowd:
The remote location of the college mostly draws students from adjoining areas although a few Pune-ites also do come to this college. If you manage to find yourself some vibrant and enthusiastic company, consider yourself lucky.

Hangouts:
In the first year, students try to hunt for good places to chill somewhere close but by the second semester itself they give up and finally realise that it's best to head straight home.

The first batch is yet to come out.

Verdict:
Shankarrao Ursal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research Centre is newly established and is yet to build a good reputation for itself. So either you can avoid it or wait and watch with your fingers crossed.
