Location:
Its located in Prabhadevi close to the famous Siddhivinayak temple. Nearest railway station is Dadar (W. Rly and C.Rly) but you’ll have to take a 10-minute bus ride to reach the college from there.
Infrastructure:
Pretty small campus. The building is currently 6 floors + 1 basement and extending further above. Computer labs and the computer centre are getting reinforced more. Table tennis and basketball facilities are available. There’s a public ground close by where students can play and can have can have some kind of recreational activities. The college sports day is also conducted in the same ground.
There is no affiliated hostel facility. However, it is under going renovation. A new principal has been appointed and much progress has been made recently.

Faculty:
Good. Past students and alumini and renowned architects in touch for seminars and discussions. But recently the old faculty which this institute is reputed for is, resigning. The new faculty is inexperienced. In terms of practical knowledge, this college has the best to offer but goes down a bit on the design side.
Attendance:
Quite strict since last year. But for college work or any particular important and genuine reason, consideration is given.
Crowd:
The crowd is good overall. Very creative and inspiring generally.
Canteen:
A bit of an issue but a new caterer is being appointed.
Hangouts:
Number of food outlets and fast food joints around the college as well as coffee shops.
Festivals:
Not a great deal except the annual sports, cultural and certain days in between.
Performance in NASA:
The college has its name because of the fame in NASA, rich history in NASA and the most number of victories of LE Corbusier trophies - Last 3 years-consecutive winners and champions of SAARC NASA (Le Corbusier trophy)

Verdict:
Best college in Mumbai for architecture with respect to performance of students and achievements and staff and associations. Supposedly the best in Mumbai but depends how you look at it. If you prefer a government college over a private one, this is definitely more recommendable over J.J. However, bear in mind that it keeps you on your toes all the time thus leaving no time for yourself. Although all architecture colleges do that but this is the worst. But if your are really interested in this subject, you will have fun.
Also, AOA is well-known internationally.
