No. One has to possess a masters degree to avail for a Ph.D.
Besides a master degree provides you with in depth knowledge and it will ultimately help with your research. It is mandatory and cannot be avoided.

It is not necessary to do Masters for PhD. You can do your Ph.D even after your B Tech.
Rohit it is not necessary to do master but it is just that it is preferred that you do your master before persuing a doctorate.

You don't need a masters to do a PhD. BUT you need a lot more, which I'm quite sure a BTech/BE level student from India wouldn't really have. You need a few years of experience in the field, and you also need to be involved in research activities. Even with all this, don't expect a good university, because the competition for these schools is immense.

The projects and internships are very impressive, but I'm afraid the papers are just not up to the mark unless they're published internationally. You could try applying for PhD programs, but I doubt you'll get into any of the better schools.
