1. Simple aptitude test. 10-15 questions based on quant.
Sample question was like If a correct answer gets 4 points and a wrong one deducts 2 points, then how many correct does a score of 500 represent?
2.Technical aptitude test. This will change according to the job profile offered and the post you are applying for. If you are applying for a Software related job, you can expect questions testing you in C++ and Java domain in a MCQ format.
3. Technical Interview. Again, basics need to be strong. They'll test you in what field they require their applicant to be strongest. General questions like, what's the difference between C++ and Java, what is a pointer, what is a protected variable etc.
4. HR round. Chilled out, but mostly they try to eliminate people in this round. They'll check with your background if you're likely to stick with the company or not, go for further studies and leave the company or not etc.
