While Preparing for viva's, Keep one thing in mind. You are not goin to be able to do the full portion.
So do select chapters but do them thoroughly...Its ok even if you do 3 chaps out of 10, but only if they are well done.
Try to understand every thing in that chapter.
Doing selective part from each chapter will land you nowhere cause examiners can ask you anything once u tell them you know a chapter.
Also Doin something well will reduce your load for university exams. Questions posted in the viva questions section will Give you an idea of what to expect on the hotseat...

For EDC :
Diploma holders - do power ckts thoroughly cz you ll would be questioned on it for sure
Non Diploma holders - BJT,FET should be done thoroughly. You'll are likely to be Questioned on it.
(If you have a bad impression on your internal,do design and go..!!)

For EI :
basically for EI , there is a lot to ask
Very IMPORTANT
If u are not doin the full portion(no 1 can!!), then do Transducers,Oscilloscopes,Telemetry, measurements,ADC & DAC. well
DO NOT DO CHAPS HALF DONE.THEY SERVE NO PURPOSE.

BEST OF LUCK
